イタリア料理とイタリアワインの知識レベルの認定試験で毎年開催しています。出題範囲は２０州すべての郷土料理とワインです。これらを体系的に学び、理解することで、イタリア料理とワインのさらなる普及に貢献することを目的としています。

Italian cuisine and Italian wine knowledge level certification exam is held annually. It aims to contribute to the further spread of Italian cuisine and wine by systematically learning and understanding these.

【内容】
イタリアワインを1時間で楽しく美味しく学ぶワインセミナーです。ご自宅でのワインの楽しみ方やワインの開け方のコツなど、実践的ですぐに使えるワインの知識や誰かに教えたくなるワインのウンチクなど盛り沢山な内容です。

Chianti DOCGとChianti Classico DOCGは全く異なる2つの保護原産地呼称です。本セミナーではそれぞれの産地を紹介し、それぞれの歴史、地理、特徴について説明させていただきます。そして実際に３種類のキャンティを試飲し、イタリア語でテイスティングコメントを出します。

Chianti DOCG e Chianti Classico DOCG sono due denominazioni molto diverse. In questo seminario online della durata di un'ora tracceremo la storia delle due denominazioni e ne sottolineeremo le fondamentali differenze in termini di storia, geografia e stile. Quindi andremo a degustare tre vini, un Chianti DOCG base, un Chianti DOCG sottozona e un Chianti Classico, e ne delineeremo le caratteristiche organolettiche.

Associazione Italo-Giapponese Corso di Cultura sui Vini Italiani (ACCVI)

Association for Italy-Japan (80th in Japan) Course for Italian wine culture online course, Chapter3 "Ancient Roman and wines". In order to understand territory (territorio) of each wine, every lesson will have wine maker to listen story of territory to taste wine together. コロナ禍で中断していた、イタリア地葡萄ワイン会を、極少人数で開催します。今まで毎回州違い12種類のワインをレストランに持ち込んでマリアージュをご紹介していましが、今回は、一つの州に絞って6種類飲み比べです。出張料理人による、ラツィオ州のワインと料理で開催します。
