2016年よりFIS(Fondazione Italiana Sommelier）がイタリアで行っているコースを世界に向けたWSA（Worldwide Sommelier Association)コースとしてイタリアワインだけに特化して構成された内容で日本で開催しており、今回で7期目となります。イタリアワインの知識を深めて頂くことでイタリアワイン普及につながることを目的としております。

一般社団法人日本イタリア料理教室協会は設立20周年を迎えます。
20周年記念イベント「旅する​イタリア20州」キャンペーンは全国のイタリア料理教室でイタリア料理伝統料理、イタリアワイン、特産物に関するセミナー、イタリア料理検定を展開します。
その集大成の成果報告会として最終日の１１月９日にザ・プリンス・パークタワー東京にて発表会レセプションを行います。

The Japan Italian Cooking School Association is celebrating its 20th anniversary.
The 20th anniversary event "Travel to Italy's 20 Regions" campaign will hold
italian cooking test and seminars on traditional Italian cuisine, Italian wine, and specialty products at Italian cooking classes across the country.
A reception will be held at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo on the final day, November 9th, to report on the culmination of these efforts.

北欧で大人気のナチュラルワインフェス「ノルディック・ナチュリア」の日本版として今年4月に初めて開催され、大好評のうちに閉幕した「MONDOナチュラルワイン東京」を2023年11月26日(日)・27日(月)の2日間、東京都新宿で開催いたします。
このイベントにあわせて来日する生産者と直接交流しながら、イタリアをはじめ世界中から厳選した200種類のナチュラルワインのテイスティングをお楽しみいただけます。

The second edition of “Mondo Natural Wine Tokyo – Natural Wine & Winery Exhibition” which was first held in April 2023 as the Japanese version of the very popular Scandinavian natural wine festival “Nordic Naturalia” and resulted in a great success, will be held on November 26 (Sun.) and 27 (Mon.), 2023. 
We will have a lineup of over 40 natural wineries and more than 200 natural wines carefully selected from Italy, Spain, America and other parts of the world. Please enjoy a casual tasting while chatting with overseas producers who will join us in Japan for this event.

イタリアン・ワイン・スカラーはイタリアワインに特化した世界で通用する国際資格です。本講座はUnit1（北イタリア）とUnit2（中央・南イタリア）から構成され、日本初開講が決まりました！ 毎回2時間、全9回の講座ではワイン４～6種類を試飲しながら各地方の歴史、特徴、主な葡萄品種、ワイン産地を解説、魅力あふれるイタリアワインの世界をわかりやすく紹介します。

The Italian Wine Scholar education program is an Italian wine course designed to provide committed students of wine with the most advanced and comprehensive specialization study program on Italian wine bar none! It was created with the support of the Italian wine DOC/G consortia. The Unit 1 course is divided into nine 2-hours lessons (plus a one-hour exam), focusing on the wines of Northern Italy and includes 4-6 wine tasting for every lesson. Deadline for application is March 24 so hurry up to secure a spot! *The course will be held ONLY in English

We will have winemaker's dinner with Ms. Sara Ceschin, owner of Prosecco maker 'IL COLLE' in Nothern Italy, Veneto. The Conegliano region, where IL COLLE is located, was registered as the 55th World Heritage Site in Italy in 2019. Let's enjoy delicious Veneto cuisine with wonderful Prosecco and Wine made in the World Heritage while having a pleasant conversation with Sara!
