プロセッコDOCワインを広め販売を促進するべく、8月の一ヶ月間にわたり全国100以上の料飲店、酒販店でキャンペーンを開催します。日本プロモーションに参加する生産者の24ブランドのプロセッコDOCが対象で、期間中お店では独自の企画をしたり特価で提供したりイベントを開催したりして盛り上げます。

イタリア料理検定はイタリア20 州の特産物、ワイン、伝統料理を体系的に学ぶことによりイタリア料理への理解を深めることができるテストです。
毎年１回11月に開催され、レベルは３級から１級まであります。将来イタリア料理教室を開催したい方、プロのイタリア料理人などが受験しています。
The Italian Cuisine Certification is a test that allows you to deepen your understanding of Italian cuisine by systematically learning about the special products, wines, and traditional dishes of 20 Italian regions.
