2016年よりFIS(Fondazione Italiana Sommelier）がイタリアで行っているコースを世界に向けたWSA（Worldwide Sommelier Association)コースとしてイタリアワインだけに特化して構成された内容で日本で開催しており、今回で６期目となります。イタリアワインの知識を深めて頂くことでイタリアワイン普及につながることを目的としております。

取り扱うイタリアオーガニックワインから６種類とモレッティビールやプーリア州タラッリ、チーズ、窯焼きピッツァ、パスタなどのイタリア料理を楽しむ会です。 イタリア5州より、ランブルスコD.O.C（エミリア・ロマーニャ州）、マルケIGT（マルケ州）、シチリアI.G.T（シチリア州）、テッレ・シチリアーネI.G.T（シチリア州）、モンテプルチアーノ・ダブルッツォD.O.C（アブルッツオ州）、サレントI.G.T（プーリア州）をご紹介します。

今年度積極的に日本向けにプロモーションを行っているアブルッツォワイン保護協会が、今回は東京会場、大阪会場と、２か所でマスタークラス＆ウォークアラウンド試飲会を行います。
東京会場のマスタークラスのテーマは「ペコリーノ種」。テロワールによる違いをお試しください。

イタリアワインと文化が同時に学べる人気講座第5弾。公益財団法人日伊協会は創立82周年を迎えました。本講座では、まだ日本に知られていないカンティーナ（ワイナリー）のワインを教材に、それが生まれる背景を、豊富な映像、インタビュー動画（日本語字幕付き）で学びます。さらにライブで実際にカンティーナが登場し、Q＆Aを交えながらテイスティングを行います。

The 5th popular course where you can learn Italian wine and culture at the same time. The Associazione Italo-Giapponese celebrates its 82nd anniversary. In this course, you will learn the background behind the creation of wines from cantine (wineries), which are still unknown to Japan, through videos and interviews (with Japanese subtitles). In addition, the cantina will actually appear during the live performance, and the tasting will be conducted with Q&A.

In this seminar, Matteo Scalabelli, head of Florio, will guide you through the history of this winery, the different styles of Marsala, and the many ways to enjoy this wine. We will taste three Marsala and one fortified Zibibbo and discover together the charm of this historic wine region.
